This War is Over

Early this morning, the last of our troops left Iraq.
As we honor and reflect on the sacrifices that millions of men and women made for this war, I wanted to make sure you heard the news.
Bringing this war to a responsible end was a cause that sparked many Americans to get involved in the political process for the first time. Today’s outcome is a reminder that we all have a stake in our country’s future, and a say in the direction we choose.

Ok so - I am not crazy about the emails I get every all the time from Obama 2012 - the headlines are always great. But this one is really something. I want to believe he wrote this. But the man simply may not have had time. I cannot imagine how INTENSE it must be to be POTUS. I’m sure for Bush too. But they are saying that this war is over. Not waving a flag at all. Just mentioning it.
Say it’s not harder to end wars then to start them.
He’s helping America not be the enemy. To them or us in the form of defense spending.
